**Senior People Partner - UK**

Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.

Following several years of sequential and fast paced growth we are now looking to recruit a Senior People Partner to join our People Services team to support our UK employees, multi-site locations and expected growth in the UK.

In this new exciting and challenging role you will lead the UK People team and play a pivotal role as Sportradar continues to grow and evolve. You will focus on the development and implementation of the end-to-end UK People strategy, building out new employee propositions, introducing effective process improvements and driving our future ways of working plans.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Partner senior Product Division stakeholders to ensure our strategic objectives are executed effectively
- Partner with different business leaders across the UK to offer advice and solutions orientated delivery
- Work closely and collaboratively with the global Product Division Partnering team to solve aligned challenges
- Work with our international matrixed People Partner network providing UK employment law knowledge to support the wider population
- Lead change initiatives to continue to develop our employee proposition across within Product Division and the UK including integration of new colleagues from M&A's
- Define a the People operations strategy for the UK in alignment with EMEA teams with a supporting roadmap that is scalable ensuring consistency, service excellence and quality
- Lead and manage the small UK People team and strategy, setting a clear vision and expectations for the team
- Oversee the delivery of People operations covering a range of activities including first line support, employee relations, office management and payroll
- Develop strong relationships with our COE teams - Talent Acquisition; Total Rewards; People Systems, Talent Development and Legal to understand our shared priorities and work cohesively together to deliver a frictionless employee experience

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Significant experience working in a large global matrixed organisation
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of leading, developing and managing a people team
- You excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ever-changing environment and can readily adapt to changing situations
- Significant experience and a proven track record of delivering a People agenda and initiatives in a complex environment
- Passionate about People and culture, able to drive initiatives at Divisional and local level
- Hands on experience across core People priorities: performance, compensation and benefits, organisational design and development, strategic resource planning, budgeting, wellbeing, payroll, communications and engagement
- A proficient understanding of core People processes, systems and policies including a sound understanding of employee relations and UK employment law
- Numerate with relevant experience of using data, analytics and metrics to drive evidence-based decision making and measurement of HR and organisational performance
- Excellent communicator who is confident, capable and credible with the ability to have challenging conversations, coach leaders and implement communication and engagement initiatives across teams and leaders at all levels
- Fluency in English with other languages an advantage
