As Scotland’s largest private care provider, with 25 homes, over 900 residents and 1500 staff; Balhousie is one of the country’s leading providers of elderly and specialist care. As well as award-winning care home teams throughout Scotland, we boast a stunning HQ and highly skilled support staff.
**_This exciting new role is hybrid working with a remit throughout Scotland and therefore expect to spend a minimum of 40% of working time in our care homes. Weekly travel and overnight stays should be expected._**
**The Role**
**Duties Include**
- To monitor recruitment plans against agreed KPI’s taking remedial action where required to support homes to achieve new hire targets; accurately reporting on progress
- Create and manage vacancy adverts effectively to ensure visible in the right place at the right time
- Conduct the interview process on behalf of/with hiring managers as and when required
- To provide feedback in relation to resourcing process and materials, contributing ideas to support continuous improvement
- To ensure 100% compliance with internal procedure, external regulation and employment legislation acting as guardian and champion for safe recruitment practise
- Monitor performance against agreed KPI’s to support home to achieve new hire targets
- Attend Recruitment Fairs, open days and University/School events to promote the employer brand within the communities
**The Successful Applicant**
- Experience of working in a high-volume recruitment environment within the health and social care sector
- Experience in managing the end to end recruitment cycle, working to and achieving targets
- Extensive experience of direct sourcing via multiple channels including Job Board CV Mining, Social Media and Networking
- Experience of recruiting within a multi-site business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret recruitment related data to identify process bottlenecks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
**_*Our Head Office is in Perth with a need to be present here for regular meetings etc. but the role will cover and involve travel to all of our sites across Scotland*_**
