**About the Position**:
**Do you have experience as a Quality Assurer? Ideally with an IT and digital background? Are you experienced as an Assessor and Awards-Verifier?** If yes, then read onHere at QA, we’re looking for a fabulous
- **Internal Quality Assurer (Scotland)** to be part of a team that ensures that quality standards for technology and business skills programmes are set and monitored in accordance with assessment, regulatory and funding requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:
The main aspects of this exciting role are:
- Work with the Quality Manager and Regional Delivery Managers to ensure timely feedback is given to Assessors/Tutors in relation to learner portfolios
- Work with the team to ensure that agreed quality standards are met
- Work effectively with the team to ensure that learners successfully complete their full apprenticeship by their planned achievement date
- Ensure that programmes are delivered in accordance with the organisation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Health and Safety Policies
- Attend quarterly standardisation training at the Glasgow office or remotely
- Update and maintain sample plans

**Experience**:

- Experience of working as an IQA for Apprenticeship Programmes
- Experience of working in the sectors of; IT, Data, and digital Programmes
- Previous experience of Quality Management Systems
- Internal audit experience
- Knowledge of SDS funding and contract rules

**Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge of regulations and legislation within apprenticeships
- Educational governance

**Qualifications**:

- IQA Award or equivalent
- Assessor Award
- Some IT sector qualifications/experience would be advantageous
