Our clients specialise in delivering excellence, particularly within the Water Industry, through multi-disciplinary projects and are looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Lead Designer to join our team and be a key player in creating cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Design Team**: Take charge of managing a team of Designers to ensure the successful delivery of project design objectives, meeting the unique needs of our clients.
**Compliance**: Ensure that all design work within the team complies with our stringent Quality Assurance Policies, Procedures, and Client Specifications.
**On-site Expertise**: When necessary, attend project sites to conduct surveys and gather critical data.
**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with internal and external contacts, maximizing efficiency and uncovering new opportunities.
**Technical Support**: Provide comprehensive technical support across various areas of our business as required.
**Collaboration**: Be a vital member of our highly efficient, multi-disciplinary design team, contributing your expertise to achieve project success.
**Specifications**: Ensure that all design work adheres to relevant British Standards and client specifications, including compliance with guidance and regulations like WiMES, CDM, DSEAR, and Confined Space Regulations.

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or vocational qualification with relevant industry experience) with electrical/instrumentation bias.
- An understanding of DSEAR, AutoCad and other products such as ProjectWise and Trimble ProDesign
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
