**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
This is an exciting opportunity for an **Operations Specialist **to join our ACATS department in our growing Fintech organization.

**What you’ll do all day**:
- ** Customer Service**:
- Work with and offer assistance to internal and external customers with daily incoming and outgoing ACAT and Non ACAT requests.
- Be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are completed in accordance with service level agreement guidelines.
- ** Supervisory oversight**:
- On a daily basis review and complete supervisory oversight and provides updates to seniors and management.
- Ensures ACAT requests are processed while adheres to processing deadlines.
- Ensure that inquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner and escalating issues to seniors and management.
- Familiar with ACAT regulations and industry standards that govern both ACAT and non-ACAT transfers. Able to identify documentation/processing irregularities and outline corrective measures.

**The skills you’ll need to succeed**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA SIE License (Must have within 90 days of employment); Series 7 is preferred
- 3+ years transferable experience, preferred
- Industry experience, preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of Microsoft office tools including Excel.
- Experience working with internal and external clients.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining strong attention to detail.
