**Core Purpose**:
This role is to develop a robust Engineering planning system to support the execution of the Engineering schedule. Being the interface between Production & Engineering, ensuring all tasks are time specific in order to achieve the maximum possible completion rate within the allocated time frames.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Implementation & Management of the planning/scheduling system.
- Integration & configuration of the Engineering CMMS.
- Manage the engineering spares locations & verify quantities onto the CMMS.
- Provide critical spares analysis based on usage V real time stock holding requirements.
- To present at the weekly planning meeting & amend the plan if required to facilitate the requirements of the key stakeholders.
- Organise & arrange job sheets for all planned Engineering tasks, daily, weekly & monthly.
- Control stock replenishment working alongside the companies chosen suppliers of choice.
- Manage all PO requisitions & the monthly department budgetary spend.
- Manage work requests assigned to Engineering from Gensuite, Audit App, GMP, Clearwell & other external audit findings.
- The development & maintenance of workstream categories into the CMMS such as Annual Service contracts, Improvement projects & Capital projects.
- Collate all data sheets(MSDS) & other Documentation in relation to COSHH & Food safety.

**Essential skills/knowledge include a good working knowledge of**:

- Computer literacy is essential.
- Analytical with a natural ability to scrutinise & interpret data.
- Good communication skills across multiple functions.
- Experience of working with computer systems or data bases.
- Managing a small team, setting objectives & clear levels of performance.
- Attention to detail in terms of good house keeping standards, with knowledge of 5s & food safety principles.
- Flexibility may be required outside of working hours to support urgent situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15-18 months

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
