**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the I.T department
- Administers IT software and service requests by using our ticketing tool Easy Vista,
- Ensure Vendor invoices are received and paid on time as per the vendor agreed terms.
- Follow the end-to-end process of IT sourcing from requesting quotations to raising purchase requisitions to ensuring that invoices are processed and paid on time

**Skills**
- Experience working as part of a team in an administrator, customer service and/or purchase to payment (source to pay) capacity, preferably within a shared business services capacity (i.e. IT, HR, Purchasing, Finance etc).
- SAP experience
- Strong organisational skills and can manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong ability to work as a team and display good interpersonal skills.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
