We currently have a need for maternity cover within our Hire team in Haydock to support our business.

**About The Role**:
As a Hire Administrator you are at the heart of our Pump Hire branches, this role will bring the individual into daily contact with Selwood stakeholders as well as our external client base.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to join our business and be supported by our branch team to learn and understand the day-to-day operations of Selwood.

In this role you will need to be a confident self-starter, who has the ability and willingness to learn and develop their skills. The role will require good communication & administration skills both verbal and written correspondence as well as having the ability to use technology and Microsoft office. A background within Hire or within a similar industry is essential.
- You will be required to carry out all general administration duties to support the Sales Controller and Partnership Liaison Manager within Speedy Customer Solutions at Haydock
- Maintain system accuracy and reduce queries by ensuring Speedy and Selwood systems are aligned.
- You will need to be confident with daily reporting, with the ability to review pending orders and any changes to existing orders, to ensure accuracy on both hire systems.
- You will be working with the monthly system reconciliation, reviewing live hire records for Speedy and Selwood, and correcting any discrepancies before they become a query.
- You will need to be confident with liaising with Speedy Customer Solutions, Selwood Hire branches, and our customers, always ensuring exceptional and professional customer service.
- You will need to be able to respond to customer invoice queries.
- You will need to be able to confidently liaise with Selwood sales teams to maximise existing and new business opportunities, ensuring all sales leads are communicated and followed up through regular telephone contact.
- You will ensure that all Speedy Customer Solutions policies and procedures are followed, including general office guidelines on housekeeping and all other site rules at Haydock.

Skills and Experience:

- Literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
- IT skills/knowledge
- Sales experience would be an advantage.
