**What we do**
We specialise in Home Emergency claims management, fixing everyday breakdowns such as broken boilers, burst pipes and electrical failures.
**How we do it**
Your days will be varied, however there are some tasks which are as standard, such as:
Taking inbound and making outbound calls, speaking with customers/engineers, in relation to a home emergency claim (we do not cold call; all our customers are expecting our calls and happy to hear from us).
Arranging for our engineers to attend and alleviate the emergency promptly using our in-house claims management system.
Ensuring callouts, repairs and return appointments are progressed as quickly as possible.
**What we need from you**
A positive and enthusiastic personality is essential.
Good customer service skills are required.
Commitment to always giving 100% in everything you do.
Flexibility to consider a range of shifts, some of which may involve weekends or evenings.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
**Shifts**
We offer a range of shifts, which vary by division. In some roles you may work more closely with our trusted network of engineers. However, other roles will involve communicating regularly with customers. Each of these divisions offer the opportunity to work a variety of shifts.
Some examples are noted below
- 06.00am - 14.00pm.
07.00am - 15.00pm.
08.00am - 16.00pm.
16:00pm - 00:00am.
As a 24/7 business this shift pattern covers all hours but our working pattern on each team is heavily weighted to our core hours which are Monday - Friday 9-8pm. This shift pattern is made so that 4-day work weeks come up regularly allowing a good work/life balance.
In summer you will only need to work 35 hours a week, in winter during our “surge” you will work 40 hours a week, this means shifts such as a 06:00-14:00pm will be a 06:00-16:00pm in winter. Alongside this there will be plenty of overtime opportunities during our winter period.
**Our promise to you**
With a starting salary of £11.44 per hour, we aim to get you fully trained within 12-16 weeks of starting with us, once fully trained you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.61 (paid weekly) and be part of our incentive scheme which offers the opportunity to increase your salary up to £30,000.
