Role and Responsibilities:
As an IQA in Health and Social Care, your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide feedback to trainers on the quality of the delivery to learners.
- Supporting in any needs for health and social care delivery.
- Identify any department needs and improvements to benefit the learners.
- Maintain and improve quality in all aspects.
- Meet deadlines needed and keep on top of all work related admin tasks.

Experience and Skills:

- A Level 4 IQA Qualification
- A Health and Social Care NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
- A relevant IQA qualification such as an IQA, V1 or a D34.
- Have relevant experience working within a health and social care role.
