We are a leading supplier of Industrial Supplies in the UK (£40M turnover), selling a wide range of products from a variety of Original Equipment Manufacturers. We have a large product portfolio and operate from 21 sites across the country.

With this new facility, Lloyd & Jones will be able to continue to grow rapidly in the welding market, complementing our existing sites dedicated to welding in Barnsley, Immingham, Mansfield, Newcastle and Teesside. We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with sales managers, product managers, and other sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts, as well as actively prospecting new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide support to the field sales team by assisting with sales administration and coordinating customer requests.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and maximize sales growth
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and follow-up
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales pipelines in the CRM system
- Collaborate with product managers and sales managers to develop and execute sales strategies
- Work with the branch team and help out in all areas as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B

environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient computer skills, experience of using ERP software

and Microsoft/Libre Office. Training in our ERP package will be given.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
