We are seeking an Apprentice who is a team player with strong IT and customer service skills who able to problem solve.

The role will include;
Liaising with clients

Ensure the accurate and detailed recording of all information utilising our management systems to provide comprehensive audit trails

To progress customer claims within the company’s management system ensuring they are actioned within internally agreed Service Level Agreements

Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers and repairers

Business support to the team and senior management team

Inputting information into Excel

Contacting suppliers

At Vizion we manage and repairs all makes and types of vehicles with a strong network of the UK's finest repairers, utilising bespoke digital systems that support and guide the customer along the entire claims journey. Reducing time and effort by utilising digital automation; from the initiation of the claim, validation, deployment, progression, handling, feedback and beyond.
