**The role**
As a Quality Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary.

Day to day, you will be responsible for supporting the quality discipline team by controlling management files, handling of sensitive information according to process, meeting coordination, audit scheduling and general administrative tasks.
- System coordination including internal and third party audit to ensure adherence to schedule and progression of corrective and preventive actions
- Data collation, analysis and reporting to identify trends in under-performance
- Voice of customer reporting and tracking including complaints and complements
- Employee data reporting on recruitment (ARMS), development, utilisation and mobility
- Maintaining the Quality Leadership teams management files and regular meeting requirements.
- Supporting Quality Systems Manager with SharePoint management and update

This role is full-time, 37-hours per week and will be based at Leicester, Bristol or Plymouth with hybrid working from home arrangements.

**Essential experience of the Quality Administrator**:

- Competent with the use of Quality/Business Management System software suites particularly Sharepoint
- Excellent time management skills, methodical, meticulous and able to deliver under pressure to honour commitments and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in order to meet changing needs and achieve deadlines
- Excellent administrative skills and proficient with Microsoft tools
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
