**JOB DESCRIPTION - Quality Assurance Administrator**

**JOB PURPOSE**

As the Quality Assurance Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments of asset verification surveys to ensure compliance with established quality standards and the contract specification.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**

**Requirements**:

- Carry out timely quality assurance checks on the asset data captured by the asset surveyors
- Update the asset database where amendments are required
- Produce informative and timely feedback to the project manager and surveyor as required, detailing the next course of action on all QA failures.
- Manage the overall QA status in the project tracker to allow timely submission of completed reports to the client.
- Work with the project manager to review and improve surveyor training material to address common issues/themes.
- Provide regular feedback to the Project Manager.
- Pro-actively inform managers of any issues or events pertinent to your daily duties.

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION**

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail. The individual must be confident with reviewing and processing data.
- Self-motivated & self-managing.
- Resilient, with exceptional organisation skills and an acute eye for detail in everything that they do.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
- Ideally you will have some experience of working in the hard services facilities management sector / built environment but not essential as training will be provided.
- A competent grasp of EXCEL being able to write and operate functions such as “VLOOKUP” and “INDEX” amongst others.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Required**:
You must have a strong command of written and oral English.

You must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom

You may be required to travel and therefore you will require access to a vehicle.

**Remuneration**:
Highly competitive day rate based on skills and recent relevant experience.

We will consider remote or hybrid working however will require attending the Bristol office when required.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
