L&Q Development has an excellent opportunity for an organised, results orientated administrator to join us as part of our fast-paced Customer & Quality team in Stratford.

You will need to demonstrate that you are able to manage a busy workload and that you can meet tight deadlines.

Enjoying a high level of autonomy, you’ll ensure that our office services are run efficiently, and be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Customer & Quality Team.

Duties will be varied but include providing administrative support, inbox and diary management and making accurate judgement of time commitments to the director. Duties will also include writing letters, arranging meetings and issuing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, and processing of payments and invoices when required.

You must
- Be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills.
- Have a proficiency at Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Word and Excel is essential.
- Have great attention to detail
- Be good at minute taking
- Have excellent written communication skills
