We are looking for the right person to join our Symbios team as a Personal Assistant and Administrator with an immediate start. We provide Occupational Health services to the local area. The right person needs to be located in the Plymouth area, however you will be remote working and therefore require a home office or space for a home office to be set up. The pace of the company is fast due to the speed we are growing and there will be a high but manageable amount of workload. We are a bubbly team who treat one another like family. We are looking for someone to join our family who is hard working, reliable, has an excellent attention to detail but a bundle of fun too. If you have knowledge on OH, fab If not, please don’t worry - we can get you up to speed on this.

We are looking for someone to work around 25 hours a week, however this is flexible and can be negotiated. Annual leave is based on the hours you work, however bank holidays and weekends - You will not be working. Hours of work can be flexible, we require the phone line to be covered between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday between the admin team but otherwise, hours can work around you and your lifestyle.

**Daily tasks will include**:

- Diary scheduling for staff
- Data Inputting
- Editing/Proof reading of medical reports
- Minute taking
- Call handling
- Posting Documents

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- GCSE in English & Maths Grade C (Level 4) or above
- 3 years Administration experience
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Work from home experience
- Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Minute/Note Taking experience

**Desirable but not essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- A levels - Maths & English
- Business Administration Qualification
- Microsoft Course/Qualification
- Customer Service Qualification
- Experience in Proof Reading
- Experience in Occupational Health

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
