Supply Chain Administrator

The Supply Chain Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless functioning of our clients supply chain processes. This role involves coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

**THE ROLE**
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and creation of new accounts
- Processing new orders on SAP, agreeing a delivery date and subsequently keeping customers advised of any delays
- Arranging sample requests and pre-shipment samples where required
- Log and follow customer complaints
- Liaise with Logistics department regarding any changes in delivery/requirements
- Arranging and monitoring shipments, ensuring they align with delivery schedules
- Obtaining quotations/sailing schedules from the carrier
- Creating documentation for orders as per customer request
- Complete certificates of origin for routing, arranging further certification or legislative requirements
- Monitor and update shipment tracking
- Checking Bill of Lading
- Checking and uploading export declarations and raising non-conformances
- Maintaining effective communication with suppliers
- Creating new purchase orders for raw materials
- Ensuring timely deliveries to site to maintain production schedule
- Checking of import documentation and uploading import declarations
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to solve problems and work well under pressure
- Strong organisational and IT skills
