**Working Hours**: 8.30 - 17.00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30 - 16.00 (Friday)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin Support to join our team at our site in Nelson on a 3-month fixed term contract.

**About the Role**

As a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin Support you will:
Recruitment:

- Ensure that all Factory Operations vacancies are proactively managed (approvals, selection and offer) to ensure no disruption to manufacturing
- Work with supervisors to understand key role requirements
- Write and update recruitment adverts
- Complete daily recruitment tracking data & KPI’s
- Arrange and manage recruitment open days
- Identify and report on issues and trends in the local labour market
Onboarding:

- Support effective on-boarding of new employees by scheduling attendance at the company induction, assigning new starters with uniforms, lockers and communicating with PPE provider on new starters uniform requirements.
Admin Support:

- Administer staff absences and holidays on the Time and Attendance and Holiday Tracker systems.

**About You**
- Recruitment experience in a high volume/quick fill environment in production and/or warehouse.
- Knowledge of local labour market and UK employment law relating to recruitment practices
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Take a proactive practical approach to problem solving
- Possess strong communication and literacy skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, be resilient, tenacious, and flexible.
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
