I am exclusively working in partnership with my client to recruit a **Head of Finance position.**

My client is worldwide market leader which is constantly evolving to take on the global challenges to protect the environment. The company has been established in the UK for 30 years and employs 80 people. The parent company in Germany has been establishedfor over 150 years employs over 1300 people worldwide and operates in 125 different countries with a unique product portfolio and diverse client base.

The role will report directly to the Managing Director, and you will be a key member of the senior leadership team in the UK and liaise with senior finance stakeholders of the parent company in Germany.

**About the job**:

- Lead and manage the tenured motivated finance a team
- Prepare monthly management accounts including variance and commercial analysis with supporting commentaries to aid business profitability and growth
- Business partner with key internal / external stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly KPI and performance information by department and company
- Cash-flow forecasting, reporting, treasury management
- Produce sales/ margin commercial forecasts to aid commercial business decisions
- Support production of year-end statutory accounts and management of the year-end audit
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process
- Manage capital expenditure
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, HMRC, Intrastat and government requirements
- Evaluate and review departmental systems, processes and controls and ensure best practice is implemented
- Assessment of monthly expenses and prepare monthly Payroll for outsourced payroll provider
- Contribution and participation in strategic planning
