Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As an Interim Finance Manager, you will be responsible for improving the Finance Shared Services key processes - O2C, P2P & R2R.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify pain points in the finance processes across O2C- Accounts Receivable & Collections, P2P - Accounts Payable & Expenses & R2R - Central reporting and recharges and work in collaboration with the Finance team to identify and drive process improvements.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Run focused clinics to improve processes and perform root case analysis to diagnose process failures in collaboration with existing teams.
  • Performance Metrics: Review current key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and establish any additional requirements to measure process performance and effectiveness.
  • System Resolution: Work with the Group Products Manager and Oracle support provider to drive system related issues resolution.
  • Change Initiatives: Lead change initiatives related to process improvements.
  • SOX Processes: Be the project-lead for the Finance Shared Service SOX processes.
  • Deputy Role: Deputise for the Head of Finance Shared Services as required.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with senior management and colleagues to achieve the goals you set shared services functions.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Accountancy Qualification: A full and recognised accountancy qualification - ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
  • Process Management: Extensive experience in process management and process improvement.
  • Results-driven: Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary in the range of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Additional Benefits: Additional benefits including car allowance and bonus.
