We are looking for great people who can help us redefine what's possible for our retail team here at London Gatwick.
**What is the role?**
Responsible for providing action-focussed reporting across the retail function. Analyses reports and data to generate insight and commentary that supports astute commercial decisions. Ensures all retail data inputs are accurate and seeks to optimise the systems available in order to support with decision making and commercial understanding. Takes the lead in communicating information to concessionaires and ensures there is a timely rhythm and routine to data sharing and benchmarking.
**What will you do?**
- Analyses commercial trends and makes recommendations that increase spend per passenger
- Delivers internal and external data and material that supports business development
- Manages the accuracy and visibility of concessionaires' reporting.
- Rationalises data and communication and shares appropriately with concessionaires supporting with decision making.
- Plays a key role in the budgeting and forecast process, provides executive summary to support with decision making and accuracy of financial forecasting.
**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- Related training and qualifications related to the key platforms eg Tableau, EPOS etc
- Expert excel skills and strong analytical ability in interpreting complex commercial data.
- Experience of working in a retail analysis environment or equivalent
- Experience of presenting complex data in a simple format and engages stakeholders with trends and themes.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with strong, clear messaging.
- Demonstrable business acumen - understand the key drivers of the business and therefore which areas to focus analysis on
- Able to identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
