**Description**:
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Internal Communication initiatives shared between AXA Partners UK & Ireland.

Working within the HR Operations function, you will support the communications solutions from AXA Group, AXA Partners Group and internal stakeholders to employees across the UK and Ireland to positively impact the working culture and enhance employee experience. This role works in partnership with others to improve the organisation’s culture and employee engagement. Working closely on creating, developing and implementing local Internal, CR, D&I and Wellbeing communication strategy, and supporting with Change Communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Internal Communications - Events & Campaigns** Plan, promote, event manage, follow up and report - including measurements and feedback.

Preparation of event documentation; electronic invites, internal posters, questionnaires.

Organising event materials, researching, creating purchase orders, invoicing, preparing detailed itineraries as required in advance, and focusing on cost efficiency where possible.

Support team and company events e.g. BBQs, Open days, Compliance days, Town Halls etc.

Responsible for event presentation and communication plans

Working with outside entities to organise events e.g. volunteering days Internal Communications - Administration Processes

Ensuring all department expenses, money deposits and transfers are submitted along with all appropriate receipts for the Finance department by the end of each month and collate expenses report.

Arranging regular meetings, including inviting attendees, preparing agendas and co-ordinating presentations, organising refreshments

**Brand Compliance** Act as Brand Ambassador; ensure all AXA brand guidelines are applied to all communications.

Ensure consistency of fonts, imagery, tone, style is adhered to in all communications

**Communications Channels** Support to ensure: Intranet website is updated, pages, sections, contributions, imagery and creation of content is fresh, relevant and accurate.

A yearly schedule of artwork / information to be displayed on digital screens and ensuring that the schedule is followed and updated.

Measuring reach and engagement of the various channels to improve engagement and two way communication.

Change / Culture Transformation Management Support all functions and business units to meet transformation objectives.

Support the design and delivery of change communication plans to engage, educate and embed change with employees.

Audit and measure success of change, such as desk audits, surveys, etc.

**Events **Support the planning, delivery and event management, measurement and feedback of all internal events.

Support external events ensuring overall brand compliance with material and documentation

Assist partnerships with outside entities to organise events for e.g. Volunteering days

**CR and D&I** Ensure annual CR reporting is completed.

Assist with plans to deliver local CR and D&I initiatives against the Global priorities.

Support plans and activities for AXA Week for Good.

Support engagement with HIA, AXA UK, Partners CR and D&I team and ERG groups regularly to align our activities.

**Employee Recognition** Delivery of the recognition scheme: Manage, report and deliver the company recognition schemes and events

Proactively promote and increase engagement in the scheme.

**In addition**: Demonstrate behaviours and actions which align to AXA values and brand

Consider the needs of the customer and how best you can serve them, for example always having regard to our requirements to treat our customers fairly. Act in the best interests and consider the broader impact of decisions on the company.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential **Experience supporting and / or delivering communication projects and initiatives

Thorough understanding and belief in the importance of employee engagement and ability to demonstrate examples of commitment

Confident and fluid communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly, identify and articulate key actions out of general ideas

Excellent grammatical and copy writing skills

Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to take complex information and translate to wide audience

Ability to maintain a successful balance between delivering the communication strategy and responding to ad hoc requests

Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills with a helpful and solution-orientated approach implementing improvements, promoting a positive change-led culture and actively supporting best-practice goals

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Evident ability to work at pace through conflicting priorities, individually and as a part of a team Able to maintain a calm and positive approach, even under pressure or in conflicted situations

Adaptable, flexible and resilient, with the ability to deal with dynamic environment
