As a People Business Partner, you will proactively support the provision of a generalist People/Hr service to staff and Managers.

**People Business Partner responsibilities include: -**
- Proactively identify issues and develop solutions that will address/resolve problems
- Provide pragmatic advice to managers, empowering them to develop their people management skills
- Review current policies and procedures
- To take the lead role with all arrangements required within complex casework, including probationary, grievance, disciplinary, capability, ill-health, termination and absentee cases, towards a satisfactory conclusion.
- Support departments with their recruitment needs

**People Business Partner requirements include: -**
- CIPD qualified to at least Level 5
- Experience of managing complex cases
- Experience of supporting managers
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Competent IT skills
- Great communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy
