We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Student Experience Coordinator to join our Student Experience team.

The role will support with the provision of UPP’s Student Experience offer nationally across our fifteen partner sites. Working closely with the Head of Student Experience and the Student Experience team to implement our Student Experience strategy across the business. The role will work with colleagues across the business to oversee the delivery of the strategy, working with our site team to plan events, monitor engagement metrics, gather student feedback and build relationship with student experience stakeholders including universities and student unions.

This is a national role working across our fifteen partner sites and will involve regular travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Administration- Attend operational site meetings to update on student experience activity- Produce regular reports on progress and contributing to operational, partnership and other reports as requested- Record and monitor engagement metrics, adjust programme planning when necessary- Represent student experience at university meetings and forums- Raise purchase orders and goods receipt

Events- Work with UPP site team and university stakeholders to plan and deliver student experience activities- Monitor and review student experience spend- Recruit, train and manage student reps- Ensure all activity is compliant with Health, Safety and Environmental policies- Share best practice from across UPP and the wider sector in relation to student experience delivery

Communication- Promote programme activity to students using appropriate channels- Manage home at halls social media platforms- Update the home at halls app regularly with events, news articles and notifications- Design and produce digital and physical marketing material within the home at halls brand guidelines- Create and post regular content to internal intranet and assist with management of Student Experience hub

Feedback- Gather regular student feedback to inform programme content- Work with sites and colleagues to promote the UPP Customer Satisfaction Survey

Relationship Management- Maintain strong working relationships with UPP site team and university stakeholders- Establish clear communication channels with UPP site team and university stakeholders to promote and coordinate hall activity

General- Regular travel to our partner sites- Support the wider marketing and communications function where required on other key corporate initiatives- Take an active role in team planning of national student experience initiatives- Support with delivery of national initiatives- Support with delivering student experience training- Promote programme activity to prospective and new students when required e.g. Open Days, Welcome Talks etc.- This role will include evening and weekend working during term time

We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent planning and organisation skills, the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload with great communication and IT skills in a fast paced environment.
