Reward Coordinator

The Reward department are looking for a Reward Coordinator to join their team. As a Reward Coordinator you would provide support to the team to help deliver all aspects of remuneration and benefits, including benchmarking, job evaluation, pay and bonus annualreview, contractual and voluntary benefits and executive remuneration. A large part of the work in this varied role is analytical and data orientated but will also require strong relationship building skills, stakeholder management and employee engagement.
Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area
Package - £26500 - £33000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

As the Reward Coordinator you will be required to:
- Be the first point of contact for reward inquiries from employees, HR colleagues and managers
- Support the Reward team as and when needed
- Undertake general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
- Be proactive and seek out other opportunities for process and service delivery improvements
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:
- Customer service skills both written and verbal
- Planning and Organising
- Problem Solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working in a customer services environment delivering transactional tasks and providing first point of contact services
- Experience of process improvement activities
- CIPD level 3 or equivalent HR Qualification - desired
- Experience of working to SLAs and KPIs - desired
- Knowledge of Workday, SABA, Oracle or equivalent HRIS technologies - desired
