Lead Practitioner

Exciting opportunity to lead an amazing team
The day to day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of all children and staff within the nursery & out of school care.
- Ensuring smooth running of the nursery by leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice.
- Recruit, train and support staff with CPD requirements to ensure we have a highly skilled staff team.
- Promoting positive relationships with parents children and colleagues.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Lead the team in delivering a high quality learning enviroment with a focus on child centered learning.
- Supporting the Care Provider with office based duties, including finances, new enquiries, marketing and recruitment.
This position is permanent. The service is open 7.30am-6pm Monday-Friday all year.
You should be registered with SSSC and hold a valid PVG certificate and provide references on request.
**Salary**: £28,600.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
