- Yeomans Volkswagen Helston- We are currently looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team at Yeomans Volkswagen Helston.- At Yeomans, we take great pride in our excellent customer service, working hard to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with their experience. We always aim to meet or exceed our customers expectations by understanding exactly what they need and suggesting the most appropriate solution. If you enjoy engaging with customers in a helpful, friendly and positive manner, and have previous experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect position for youThis customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. Portraying the highest levels of professionalism at all times demonstrating Yeomans core and brand values.**Key responsibilities include**
- Ensure bookings and appointments are convenient for the customer and department, in line with the workshop capacity.
- Confirm all customer requirements are identified and an accurate, fully inclusive costing is supplied.
- Constantly maximize the available workshop hours to ensure available hours to ensure constant 100% utilization of workshop capacity.
- Continually make sure that accurate job cards, invoices, estimates and related information are produced.
- Ensure all telephones, face to face and written enquiries are responded to promptly, courteously and dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Confirm all customers are greeted professionally at reception and are offered courtesy services as appropriate and confirming all details before work is carried out.
- Continually confirm that customers are kept informed of completion deadlines and that they are extended if required.
- Certify that customers are kept informed of progress of their vehicle and of any additional work that is likely to occur, obtaining authority to proceed.
- Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable
