Our client is a thriving mainline used and new car dealership based in **Helston**. We are looking for an experienced **Parts Advisor** to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve ordering parts on behalf of the Service team and maintaining the agreed stock and accessory levels along with completing all relevant administration such as customer records and invoicing.

**Salary**: £27,000 per annum starting salary

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week (08:00-17:30 or 08:30 - 18:00), with flexibility for working every other Saturday, 08:00 - 13:00.
- Proven high level of customer service skills in an automotive environment
- Enjoys working with people.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Able to multi-task and switch between tasks.
- A team player who offers help and support to others.
- Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with product and technical information.
- Thrives in a high-pressured environment.
