RTS Forestry is the leading independent Forest Management Company operating throughout Scotland and Northern England.

We are seeking a motivated and detail focused administrator to assist in the;
- Collation of documents/information
- Management of databases
- Provision of general administrative support

You will be working within the RTS Forestry Infrastructure project team delivering large scale forestry and civil operations and providing compliance support across the company. The advertised position is based in Perthshire within our Crieff Office.

**The role**

Due to ongoing expansion and diversification of our business we have had an increase in the quantity and variety of administrative tasks required to keep the company at the forefront of health and safety, environmental and quality standards. In undertaking this role you will be a key member of the RTS forestry team ensuring we deliver excellence in this field and remain compliant with the requirements of our clients, accrediting bodies and adhere to our legal responsibilities.

RTS will shortly become accredited under ISO. Assisting in the collation and management of the documentation required for the successful delivery and maintenance of ISO will also be fundamental to this position.

The role will involve the following key activities:
**1.** Retrieval and review of information from staff and contractors

**2.** Locating, processing and filing of safety critical information

**3.** Maintaining and updating databases

**4.** General administration and secretarial project support

**Key Skills**
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to reliably follow processes.
- A willingness to learn and to develop new skills.
- Confident in the organising of records and files.
- Previous administrative experience.

**Job Offer**

Salary - £23,500 - £27,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
