Job description
This is an exciting and varied role for someone looking for a new challenge in a role they can make their own whilst working closely with the Managing Director as part of a small dynamic team.
The job specification will involve responsibility of the entire accounts function including bank relationship management for a portfolio of property companies.
You will also be taking on a wide range of property management and administrative tasks exercising your general business acumen.
Experience producing monthly management accounts with associated commentary and cashflow management projections along with a working knowledge of Xero cloud accounting software is highly desirable.
The successful applicant must be able to work independently under their own initiative and drive tasks to completion together with excellent communication and time management skills.

Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper
Being responsible for the accounting function together with other financial, property and general office management aspects of the business. This is a varied and demanding role that requires acute time management and organisation skills.
Experience of producing monthly management accounts with associated commentary and cashflow management projections together with excellent interpersonal/communication skills both written and verbal are a necessity.

VAT returns - partial exemption
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts in Xero
Preparation of cashflow projections and covenant information for the Bank
Co-ordinate property sales & purchases
Efficient management of Xero to ensure the Managing Director has timely information
Bank Relationship Management - provide cashflows and covenant information as requested
Coopers of Beeston Ltd (COB) Pension Scheme (William Frame Pension Scheme)
Sales & Purchase Ledgers
Credit Control
Bank Reconciliations
Management of inter-company loan accounts
VAT returns
SASS Management - liaise with administrators and advisors
Tomatin Trading Company Limited
With the project attracting funding and gaining traction over the coming months the accounting function will expand to include liaison with various professional teams and stakeholders.
Other Associated Companies - there are a number of limited companies which are on standby for specific property development ventures which require ad hoc administration/management, again in time leading to expansion of this role.
William Frame Personal Tax Return - assist with collating information.
General
Property Management - inc. liaise with tenants to resolve any issues that arise
General admin duties - pick up on any aspect of the business when necessary
