**O**pportunity at RRG Group, Salford - RRG Digital Product Co-Ordinator**
£28,000 OTE
**Purpose of the role**:
In today’s digital age, it is important we have a strong online presence to stay competitive within the market. It is also important to use technology to enhance the customer journey and improve efficiencies within our business. We are looking for a digital co-ordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and managing digital activity within the business development team, specifically working within two areas of the business: iStore Docs and RRG Direct. iStore Docs is our intelligent digital document storage solution, and RRG Direct is our online retailing platform (contained within the group website). These two projects are now well established within the business but require ongoing co-ordination and oversight.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be responsible for the following:
iStore Docs
- Act as a main point of contact for all iStore Docs queries
- Help our Dealerships use the system effectively, supporting them in implementing best practice and robust processes
- Support new starters as needed and offer training
- Maintain the back end build of the system
- Work proactively with MAD DEVS to test and implement new features/ modules that benefit the group.
- Conduct regular audits on iStore overdue deal files.
RRG Direct
- Act as main point of contact for all RRG Direct queries.
- Conduct training as required with the centres on NetDirector v2 backend/ system
- Maintain the RRG Direct Transaction log
- Issue the monthly RRGDirect Report
- Attend meetings with ATG and work collaboratively with the RRG project team, in particular with the current development of the new website iteration, Fusion.
**Other**
- As other digital projects may arise, coordinate activity as instructed by the Head of Digital Strategy.
- This may include:
- Acting as a product champion alongside the Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation to assist in discovery work.
- Engaging with stake holders to help implement the roadmap for product testing and execution.
- Effectively document new requirements as required to development partners
