**The role**:
To support students in overcoming financial barriers to success by providing information, advice and guidance. The role holder will engage directly with students, contribute to multidisciplinary case handling and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure students are aware of their financial options. The role holder will also contribute to proactive outreach activity, provide opinions on policy proposals and contribute to population-level communications to promote the financial health and wellbeing of students

**What will you be doing?**:
You will:

- Provide information, advice and guidance through a range funding and finance issues to ensure students are aware of their financial options;
- Offer support and supervision to enquiry management colleagues in delivering funding and finance information to customers;
- Deliver presentations and workshops for current and prospective students, for example at University Open Days and offer-holder events;
- Maintain high-quality web-content and develop resources to compliment the administration of operational funding work - scholarships, bursaries, stipends and hardship payments;
- Oversee complex cases, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a joined-up service to students, recognising and referring health, wellbeing and safeguarding concerns as appropriate;
- Take a leading role in delivering campaigns such as National Student Money Week and undertake proactive outreach work to support widening participation and promote students financial wellbeing.
