**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supporting the wider people team to provide advice and guidance across all employee relation matters.
- Provide training and coaching to line managers dealing with employee relations issues
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Providing generalist HR advise to all divisions of the business
- Supporting with the resolution of Long Term Absence
- Involvement in projects to promote employee engagement
- Supporting employees through the welfare programme

**Essential Criteria**
- Atleast 2 years experience in an employee relations role
- Excellent knowledge of Employment legislation and HR Best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and use own initiative
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
