**The Role - Parts Administrator based at the Swineshead Depot.**

We are looking for a Parts Administrator who is keen to progress their career within a market leading machinery manufacturer. In return GRIMME (UK) Ltd offers an excellent remuneration package and the opportunities to progress within a dynamic organisation.

**Initial Responsibilities**

As a Parts Administrator for GRIMME (UK) Ltd, your initial responsibilities will be:

- Processing of parts invoices.
- Managing incoming drivers of parts & machine deliveries.
- Managing both GRIMME and Non - GRIMME customers.
- Greet all customers.
- Over counter parts sales.
- Restock of SW Country Store & refreshments.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to use own initiative in everyday tasks.
- To be able to prioritise tasks & workload.
- High standard of customer manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of organisational skills.
- To have resilience and to be able to maintain a positive outlook.

**Person Specification**
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or a similar role.
- Experience in Microsoft office.
