**A&P NORTH EAST - Quality Administrator**

We're looking for someone for this key role supporting the Quality team transferring of data from record sheets into trackers as well as other quality related administration

If you're meticulous and thrive on ensuring that every project we deliver meets the highest standards of quality this might be for you

**So what will you do?**
- You'll extract information from inspection request forms and transfer it to traceability registers
- Raising Requests for Information in line with Inspection Test plans
- Working with subcontract inspection companies to book and manage inspections
- With the project team, quality department and clients you'll update them on inspection status
- You'll compile and send documents from server files to the Document Controllers to include in Manufacturing Record Books
- Working with the Quality Engineer, you'll be compiling Requests for Inspection
- In meetings you'll take minutes and prepare and then / follow up on what's needed
