Wates are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Major Projects Construction team in Sunderland to provide full administrative support across the commercial department.

Key Accountabilities will include:

- Assist project team in the efficient management of site records
- Update various trackers and schedules to ensure data can be utilised for the projects needs
- Create and maintain robust filing systems and databases
- Monitor, record and ensure authorisation of purchase ledger items and assist with ordering of such
- Action and match goods received notes, invoices and purchase orders on internal systems
- Deal with a range of administrative duties that come through the team
- Communicate confidently, professionally and positively face to face or over the telephone

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is a confident communicator, highly computer literate (Microsoft suite - Word, Excel etc), internal cost systems and extremely organised. The successful individual will have ideally have worked in the construction and/or built environment maintenance industry.

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator with solid planning, organisational and IT skills, along with an attention to detail.
