**Join Our Team as a Driver Administrator**

Are you ready to drive excellence in driver administration and be the central force behind a seamless transport operation? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join us in this pivotal role.


What you will be doing:
As a Driver Administrator, your primary mission is to provide vital admin support to both our Area Transport Managers and Drivers, fostering a cohesive and efficient transport team. By centralising driver administration, you'll play a key role in ensuring a standardised and streamlined approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Weekly Drivers Pay**: Manage and oversee the timely and accurate processing of weekly drivers' pay.
- **Exceptional Admin Skills**: Tackle and resolve any driver pay queries promptly and efficiently.
- **Holiday Management**: Collaborate with transport areas to handle drivers' holidays and generate insightful holiday reports.
- **Return to Work Coordination**: Administer the process behind drivers' return to work, ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Licence Checks**: Process and update driver license checks, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Informative Reports**: Produce weekly reports, such as wages versus tacho and drivers' hours, to keep operations optimised.
- **Communication Hub**: Keep an open line of communication with drivers on leave, providing necessary support.
- **Feedback**: Coordinate between drivers and the management team, offering valuable insights and feedback.
- **Benchmarking Excellence**: Benchmark drivers to assist trainers in continually improving standards.
- **Adaptive Admin**: Tackle general admin tasks with flexibility and efficiency

About you:
**Experience/Qualifications/Skills**:

- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and PowerPoint for effective data management and presentations.
- **Training Proficiency**: Capability to review and update EMR’S Trade 2 system, ensuring continuous improvement.
- **Proactive Motivator**: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a proactive work environment and meets stringent deadlines.
- **Effective Communicator**: Good admin skills and the ability to interpret written instructions, along with excellent communication skills with co-workers and managers.
- **Tech-Enabled**: Ability to use smartphones/handheld computers for efficient workflow.
