Customer Account Administrator

We are proudly recruiting for an established manufacturing company based in Nottingham. Due to exciting growth, our client is looking for an outgoing, hardworking individual to facilitate exceptional customer service to clients, customers and to look aftertheir key accounts reporting.
This is a full time, permanent role with the working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with no weekend work.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Communicate and work closely with clients and the management team
- Build rapport with existing and new clients to understand their needs
- Use different management systems and issue paperwork to customers
- Maintain and update all key account paperwork
- Responsible for raising invoices
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Determined and charismatic individual
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Capable of using a variety of different IT systems
