You will join the United Kingdom (UK) Business Line Anti-Financial Crime (BLAFC) team which advises the Deutsche Bank businesses on best practice and standards for risk-mitigation reflecting the applicable provisions of UK and German law, regulation and guidance, and applicable local laws in each jurisdiction in which the business lines operate.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead development and enhancement of AFC related controls, in support of the new Deutsche Bank Investment Partners Limited (DBIP) entity and transitioning to ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) AFC support for this business
- Develop ongoing and open communication with representatives across the DBIP business and other key stakeholders, including Client Lifecycle Management, Compliance Department and Legal Department, to ensure timely AFC support to the DBIP business and continue to raise the profile/partnership model of AFC
- Point of contact for ongoing DBIP financial crime risk matters, identifying cross-regional trends, supporting the execution of initiatives and projects, and supporting AFC management of new client adoptions, reviews, and escalations
- Assist the UK BLAFC team with the broader scope of teamwork, as required

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous AFC experience in the financial services industry
- Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulation and regulatory expectations in the UK
- Working knowledge/ experience in the core components of an AFC programme
- Ability to analyse, understand, propose, and implement recommendations on key AFC matters
- Knowledge of investment banking and or asset/ investment management businesses and associated products
