**In this role you will**:

- Collate and prepare adhoc, monthly, quarterly MI and reports for the boards.
- Analyse, identify, and propose resolution related to MI.
- Track, manage, resolve, and report issues identified by Internal Audit or regulatory examinations.
- Assist with communications to the business.
- Assist with ad-hoc Anti Financial Crime support.
- Prepare and send out responses to RFP and attestation requests.
- Responsible for reviewing and answering/escalating queries received in the MLRO mailbox.
- Attend business and outsourced relationship forums and meetings as required.
- Maintain elements of the Anti Financial Crime Framework (e.g. client risk assessment tool, country risk tool, intermediary onboarding).
- Investigate, client due diligence, and client identity management program activities to detect suspicious activity across Vanguard's existing and new client base.
- Advise teams of the requirements for collection of documentation and client information required for internal due diligence reviews.
- Review and prepare files for high-risk clients based on established scoring models.
- Review and analyze internal due diligence reports and alerts. Supports the resolution of exceptions according to established guidelines. Escalates alerts and elevates complex and unusual issues, as necessary.
- Participate in formal and informal educational activities, including presentations, client and/or staff meetings and training programs.
- Keep abreast of regulatory procedures and changes.
- Participate in special projects and perform/ other duties as assigned.

**What it takes**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a Financial Institution. Knowledge of financial crime prevention is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to identify and escalate issues.
- High level of administrative competency, i.e. able to work in a methodical and structured approach;
- Ability to work under pressure with a high standard of accuracy and excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise workloads and adhere to deadlines;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Computer literacy (MS teams, Office365).
- Be solutions orientated and use initiative.

- This position is hybrid and would require you to be in our London office three days per week
