Purchasing Administrator

The Dunraven Group has a great opportunity for an Purchasing Administrator to join our company.
**Daily Duties will include**:
- To assist the Purchasing department with the review and purchase of inventory to meet business requirements. Liaise with suppliers and deliver a high-quality service level, ensuring on time deliveries.
- Processing purchase orders and action amendments as required.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
You should preferably have experience of working in an Office environment or similar and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, excel. However, training will be provided.
You should be committed to providing a high standard of customer service, with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work accurately with attention to detail and as part of a team.
**Requirements**:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Strong organisational skills.
- To be able to prioritise workload to suit the business needs.
- The ability to problem solve and create solutions.
- A flexible attitude.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Pro-active and forward thinking.
Location: Pyle, Bridgend. CF33.
