Finance Administrator

A & M Group are a family run multi-franchise group. Since we started in 1986, we have grown to become a well-known dealer in agricultural and construction equipment.

Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team at our busy Bridgend head office. We require an experienced individual to enhance our already successful team and assist us to grow.

The Role / Requirements:

- To ensure the accurate input of all sales and purchase accounts details onto Xero
- To ensure all outstanding debts are chased in an efficient and sequenced manner in order to maximise the Company's cashflow.
- To meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and accountability, liaising and retaining effective lines of communication
- Processing sales invoices
- Credit control - Chasing debts by ringing customers and monitoring their accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Matching invoices, delivery notes and orders
- Processing payments each month
- Reconciling purchase ledger statements on a monthly basis

You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and target driven whilst being organised and have a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or similar role
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in accounting software such as Xero or Sage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Your personality is key to ensure you have a fantastic career within this organisation as well as utilising great customer service and communication skills. You must be self-driven and enjoy working as a team to achieve results.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
