Finance Administrator

We are looking for a Finance Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Bridgend.
Working within the Central Grants Team you will support all aspects of finance and performance and duties will include:

- Processing of orders and payment of invoices requested by internal departments and externally commissioned service providers
- Assist with the monitoring of providers performance and expenditure in accordance with programme requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of inhouse database systems
- Provide appropriate management information as required by the Central Grants Team Manager and Senior Performance Officer
- Provide general support to the team including arranging meetings/events, word processing tasks, data entry and filing
- Previous office administration experience
- Knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate numeracy, literacy, and IT skills

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
