Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Location: We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Finance team here at ROCKWOOL UK. This position is based at our offices in Pencoed, Bridgend.

Your Future Team:

Reporting into the Head of Business Controlling, this newly created role will be part of the ROCKWOOL UK Finance team which is key to unlocking the potential within the RW-UK growth strategy.

What you will be doing:

Developing pricing models and strategies based on cost analysis, market research and business objectives Conducting regular pricing reviews and recommending adjustments to pricing structures to maximise revenue and profitability Identifying opportunities for process improvements within pricing and collaborating with stakeholders to understand bottlenecks in processes and propose solutions Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives to provide actionable insights for continuous improvements Conducting pricing analysis for new product launches, promotions and contract negotiations Preparing and presenting pricing proposals, reports and recommendations to senior management

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related degree Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Excel or other data tools Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex pricing concepts A detailed orientated with a focus on accuracy The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritise Previous experience in similar position A driven approach to work with a curious mindset that is capable of questioning the status quo A working knowledge of SAP
