Self Employed Inventory Clerks to carry out inventories on domestic properties in the Southampton area (SO postcodes) Part Time or Full-time if you are experienced within the letting/rental industry.

Are you looking for a professional field-based self-employed role, giving you flexibility to manage your own workload and diary?

You will need to compile detailed reports and photographs on the property and items within, providing descriptions of the condition of property and items within. You should have an interest in property and an entrepreneurial spirit.

You should have the ability to multitask as well as work under pressure while providing a professional service.

Previous property experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided to successful applicants. Experience within the letting/rental industry will be required for a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

**People**:

- Work closely with our Estate Agents, Landlords and Tenants to deliver an excellent service
- Regularly update and liaise with your regional diary team
- Presentable and professional personal appearance

**Customer**:

- Build effective working relationships with Estate Agents, Landlords and Tenants
- Be ambassadors of the company

**Financial**:

- Be accountable and manage all invoices submitted in a timely manner.

**Process**:

- Complete all documents in full, ensuring all mandatory fields are completed.
- Use and upload inventories in a timely manner
- Adhere to the company’s way of inspecting properties.

**Key Skills and Experience**

**Essential Requirements**:

- GCSE English Maths grade C and above or equivalent
- Own or have access to a laptop
- Full driving licence (with own vehicle)
- Eligible to work in the UK
