**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operations Administrator for our Client’s new contract based out of Harlow. The role is responsible and accountable for administrative duties across the warehouse on a 2-shift rotating system this includeslimited weekend working. This position requires an individual with the drive, agility, and energy to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role will appeal to an individual who loves working in a friendly fast-paced team. This teamis part of our Home Delivery Network we store and deliver furniture on behalf of some well-known brands, including M&S and Loaf. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring all products are tracked through the network back to the hub and then processed in a timely manner, accounted for and correctly scanned and booked onto the system
- Conducting stock investigations of both physical stock holding and system balances
- Produce manifests for all outgoing products
- Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
- Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department the site or relationship with the customer
- Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety
- To be an active part of a proactive, flexible and fast paced team
- Reviewing processes
- Ad Hoc administration duties

**The Person**:

- Works well under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a right first-time approach
- Energetic, resilient, and flexible
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Effective communication skills at all levels of internal & external customers
- Able to work shift work, including weekend working will be required
- Ability to work as part of a team, whilst providing flexibility and reliability.
- Highly flexible, committed, and willing to carry out varied tasks positively and reliably.
- Knowledge of working with a Warehouse Management System (Manhattan or similar)
- Motivated to be able to work under pressure and the ability to meet critical timeliness targets.

The working hours are 0600-1400 and 1400-2200, rotating on a weekly basis
