- Job DescriptionBCH PSD covers one of the largest workforces in the country; comparable in size to Greater Manchester Police. The volume of work entering the dept is substantial and increasing month on month; presenting the strategic alliance with considerable risk. The Administrator is responsible for managing workflow, early identification of risk and recording, highlighting and escalating this risk accordingly.

To contribute to achieving the vision, purpose and values of Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Constabularies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read, evaluate and research the intel received into the inbox and provide early assessment of whether the behaviour is likely to require line manager input; or whether it is forming a picture of Misconduct.
- Identify and manage sensitive information, record and redact it and disseminate it in a legally approved manner.
- Review ACU systems to ensure compliance with MOPI
- Organise, adjust and prioritise work to ensure information is available for meetings (TTCG, Performance etc).
- Respond to complex enquiries, both internal and external offering advice and assistance
