A Top 100 Commercial Law Firm based in the Northwest is currently recruiting for a highly organised Administrator at their Liverpool office, responsible for providing a high standard of support to the Private Client department.



**The Role**
As a highly skilled administrator you would help the Private Client’s team of solicitors and paralegals focus on their clients and casework by providing a high standard of administrative support, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be able to work quickly and accurately, building strong relationship with your team and clients.

Key tasks and responsibilities as follows
- General administration; scanning, filing, typing, processing training invoices/expenses and handling telephone enquiries/requests, archiving, producing bibles and collating and indexing data room information
- Work towards producing correspondence and legal documentation via DocuSign, audio and copy typing, maintaining a high level of accuracy in accordance with Firm’s House style and Best Practice Guidelines
- Work within the Firm’s Anti-Money Laundering regulations and complete money laundering documentation for client and matter opening, ensuring that correct documentation is obtained from the client.
- Cover PA role in the absence of annual leave/sickness, to support the business needs of the teaM/Firm, including development of skill set for transition into a PA role.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to manage your time and workload efficiently and effectively
- Confident, builds rapport with peers internally and externally
- Strong IT skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc, plus good typing skills
