Operations Agent
We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Operations Agent for our well established client based in Daventry.
Job Purpose:
To develop and grow excellent customer relationships and account growth through the delivery of a
consistent and high quality service for our VIP customers
Key Activities:

- Making Export Bookings for full container loads and groupage loads using designated carriers- Creating Full Customs Entries for both Airfreight & Sea freight- Data input of Invoice numbers & values- Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution- Making Airfreight Courier bookings for Express shipmentsMust have a minimum Two Years experience within Airfreight, be Customer Focused, Result driven and excellent administrative Skills
37.5 hour Working Week
Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm
Paying up to £25,000pa DOE
