**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for a cell short to medium term performance, working closely with the shift based Management and production teams, reporting into the Senior Improvement Leader for the Factory.
- Cover the implementation and adherence to site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, ensuring behaviours and practices across the Factory are in line with site procedures.
- Develop the Cell capabilities to ensure the shift by shift production performance levels can be achieved. Monitoring and pro-actively dealing with performance losses through a continuous improvement approach using the Reckitt Production System.
- Drive CI across the Cell leading to improved KPI’s and having a positive impact on the Factory budget and Site P&L.
- Establish strong working relationships between the Shift based teams both Management & Operatives, and site cross functional teams to ensure ways of working are established to enable effective production execution and performance levels.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- 2-3 years manufacturing production management experience.
- Leadership qualities, ability to motivate others and demonstrate strong team working and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and pressurised environment.
- Self starter, able to work on own initiative.
- Technical mind set with the ability to plan, execute protocols and write reports.
- Six sigma green belt lean experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
